SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how orders are shipped and handled, and what to expect if you ever need to make a return or report an issue.

1. Shipping

Processing Time
All artworks are carefully packaged by hand. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Custom commissions or framed works may require additional time—details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping Methods
I ship all orders from Sofia, Bulgaria via trusted carriers such as DHL, Ekont, Speedy, FedEx. Shipping method and delivery time will vary based on your location and the nature of the item.

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (customs delays may occur)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Occasionally, free shipping may be offered for limited-time promotions or selected pieces.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique and personal nature of original artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at connect@ivatsolovakutsarova.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement (for prints) or a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly. I’m happy to assist where I can, but please note that I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
